Whew, today has been hectic. I did a quick spin in the morning, spent time booking tickets and dealing with Mastercard, then went through the whole bike packing process which was a new experience for me, ran around buying stuff I need for the trip (coffee, flax meal, some snacks, batteries, a carry on bag (may have splurged a little on that one)), and otherwise just seemed to be non stop running...

An easy couple hours on the bike today as I was pretty hammered from the weekend, that was a perfect way to push the form along as it is really difficult to push yourself that hard training solo. It is Sunday and I am ready for bed! I raced really hard this weekend in the Greenville Spring Series, a succession of events put on by Hincapie Sports Wear that draws quite a strong field out for some early season racing. Both races this weekend were held at the Donaldson Centre, which is an airfield and golf course just south of Greenville. The race is held on a rolling and exposed 15km loop...
